His music is already on our database for some time now so it was a simple decision to have him open up the year on our show. Who Is Da MC
Da MC is a conscious Hip Hop artist using his music to speak to African youth and empower them through sharing knowledge of the hidden history of black Africans. He has been Rapping for over 15 years since he was in his early teens. His love for music was evident at an early age, but it was rap music he would gravitate to. Da MC has 2 studio albums to his credit, SIN OFFERING and his Sophomore album titled SIN OFFERING 2. Da MC is the CEO and founder of Konscious Klique Africa which is a movement promoting African pride, Africahttps://damcafrica.com/index.htmln consciousness and African unity through Pan African ideals. Inspired by strong African leaders such as Kwame Nkrumah, Thomas Sankara and Patrice Lumumba. He has channelled his music to speak on topics these great men raised during their life times and this has led to him being known for hard hitting lyrics which have a deep Pan African message attached. His music does not only entertain but will also have the listener thinking deeply!
